職責描述:
1、Comprehensive, venue management, with the implementation of the marketing strategy of company;
全面主持店面的管理工作,配合公司的各項營銷策略的實施;
2、Implement company's standards;
執行公司的各項標準;
3、The management of division of FOH;
做好門店前場的分工管理工作;
4、Supervision of goods,replenishment, do a good job on the homework incoming inspection, product display, product quality and service quality management;
監督商品的要貨、上貨、補貨,做好進貨驗收、商品陳列、商品質量和服務質量管理等有關作業;
5、Supervision and venue loss management, grasp the goods loss scale;
監督門店商品損耗管理,把握商品損耗尺度;
6、Master stores various equipment maintenance knowledge;
掌握門店各種設備的維護保養知識;
7、Supervise the venue clean inside and outside, is responsible for the operations management security, fire and other;
監督門店內外的清潔衛生,負責保衛、防火等安全管理;
8、Properly handle contradictions are customer complaints and service work;
妥善處理顧客投訴和服務工作中所發生的各種矛盾;
9、Responsible for training and education of employees;
負責對員工的培訓教育。
任職要求:
1. Junior college or above, major in hotel management or English related major is preferred
大專及以上學歷,酒店管理或英語相關專業優先考慮;
2. Age 24 years of age or older, healthy body, can adapt shift work
年齡24歲以上,身體健康,能適應倒班工作;
3. At least 3 years working experience in western restaurant front service, at least 2 years experience in restaurant management, good English, can communicate with foreign customers fluently;
至少3年以上西餐廳前場服務工作經驗,至少2年以上餐廳管理經驗,英語良好,能和外籍顧客流利溝通;
4. Belowed, honest and trustworthy, bears hardships and stands hard work, treat others friendly, smiling, enthusiastic, and optimistic.
五官端正,正直守信,吃苦耐勞,對待他人友好,微笑,熱情,開朗。
5. Love the job and work actively.
